With 6 years of experience in motion graphics, I’ve primarily worked on short-form projects under 10 minutes—ranging from animated explainers to branded visuals—and I’m eager to take on more complex, long-form work. In addition, I bring over 8 years of video editing experience across a variety of formats, including educational content for Primary Care Physicians throughout Michigan, mini docu-style videos for small businesses, and full YouTube channel management. I approach every project with a strong eye for pacing, clarity, and visual storytelling.
I branded and edited every educational webinar recorded for OPEN at Michigan Medicine, which included over 40 trainings. These videos were created for Primary Care Physicians across Michigan to give them continuing education credits, which they are required to obtain every year. It was a great learning experience, and during my time with this team, their YouTube channel grew from less than 100 impressions per month to over 1000 organically.
A short animated video ad for the American Advertising Awards in Flint, MI. I went for a Mad Men/Catch Me if You Can vibe to advertise the event.
A two-minute, animated kinetic typography one-off freelance project. The words use 3d space and roughly form the world's continents by the end.
A short documentary-style video for the Old Newsboys of Flint, MI. I coordinated shoots, filmed, edited, and did lower thirds for the video.
A small-budget feature film called "After School" I worked on this project as the 2nd assistant camera. I slated over 500 scenes and received IMDb credit for it.
Fun fact: If you pause it at 1:18, you can see me center frame playing a background extra in one of the scenes.
